Phillips Development and Realty, LLC, continues to grow with the addition of Clifton Patrick Minsley. As site acquisition associate, Minsley secures new opportunities for the team. He enjoys creating valuable new deals in novel locations, and said his position at PDR allows him to do so. A licensed real estate broker, Minsley spent three years working on market feasibility studies and site acquisition, preparing him for his duties at PDR.
Minsley hopes to support PDR's reputation of being one of the best multi-family developing machines, known for high-quality, profitable projects. Over the course of his career, he is determined to set the benchmark for solidifying attractive and lucrative projects in the industry.
A Chapel Hill, N.C., native, Minsley attended the University of North Carolina, where he received his bachelor of science degree in business administration. He was also able to study abroad at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia, where he had the opportunity to focus on his environmental science minor. Not only was his adventure in Australia beneficial to his education, but it also gave Minsley the opportunity to surf, one of his many personal interests.
