Thirty years of involvement of design, development and management of more than 13,000 multi-family residential units, Mr. Riese has worked coast to coast for land acquisition and planning, exterior and interior design, product design, market research, construction management, marketing, property management and sale of properties. His efforts have repeatedly resulted in the highest rental rates, occupancy and sales prices in the industry.
From Senior Vice President for Sandford Goodkin Research Corporation to Group Vice President for Great Southwest Corporation, Mr. Riese has been intricately involved with projects including Lake Tarpon Estates, Pinellas Park, Texaco's Boca Del Mar and Pritzker Family Holdings among others. Before transferring to Phillips Development and Realty, Mr. Riese was President and CEO of Gibraltar Companies, a HUD approved management and development company headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina.
