As Government Affairs Director for Phillips Development & Realty LLC, Michael Ciftci plays an integral role in the company's involvement in the political arena. He ensures PDR supports quality governance locally, statewide and nationally.
“I intend to help assist Phillips Development & Realty become one of the major pillars where public and private enterprises intersect, both in Tampa and throughout the nation," stated Michael when asked about joining the Phillips Development & Realty team.
Michael contributes over 4 years of government relations experience to Phillips Development & Realty LLC. Previously, he worked as the West Florida Director for Senator John McCain's successful Presidential primary victory. He also spent time abroad in Turkey working on the Parliamentary elections of 2007 as a political consultant.
A fifth generation Floridian, Michael Ciftci attended the University of Florida and earned his Bachelor's of Arts in Political Science and International Relations. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, shooting, reading and tennis.
