Michele Goodwin brings over 10 years of property management and corporate housing experience to Phillips Development & Realty, LLC. Currently, Goodwin serves as Property Manager for Phillips University Center located in Charlotte, North Carolina. She is responsible for coordinating all staff, activities, and daily functions of the new apartment community centrally located in Charlotte's medical district.
“I am excited for the opportunity to participate in another successful lease up and look forward watching PDR grow,” stated Goodwin when asked about joining the Phillips Development & Realty team.
Before joining Phillips Development & Realty, LLC, Goodwin worked for American Furniture Rentals in Raleigh and Charlotte, North Carolina as an Account Executive. A native of North Carolina, Goodwin graduated from the University of Tennessee’s Chattanooga’s campus with degrees in Marketing and Merchandising.
In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering with the V Foundation for Cancer Research. She also enjoys doing yoga, running, and spending time with her Boston Terrier Moon Pie.
