Responsible for the everyday financial functions of Phillips Development and Realty, LLC, Michelle Lupo brings her fiscal expertise as assistant controller.
Lupo said she was aware of PDR's steady momentum before joining the team and was drawn to the company after looking for a new challenge in the field of finance. She hopes to contribute to PDR's many successes while learning and teaching a few things along the way.
Prior to joining PDR, Lupo served 10 years at Sam's Club as the accounting office supervisor. She oversaw all incoming and outgoing finances for the large company, which bolstered her knowledge of bookkeeping at every level.
A participant in numerous charity functions for the American Cancer Society and Relay for Life, Lupo enjoys leading teams and fundraising. Originally from Raeford, N.C., she currently resides in Odessa, Fla., and enjoys spending time with her two children.
