Phillips Development and Realty announces Mark A. Woods as property manager of its newest Charlotte project, Phillips University Center. He joins the team with over 15 years experience in the industry and will manage all onsite components of this upscale 372-unit complex. Responsibilities will include oversight and management of property operations, staff, budgeting and occupancy/leasing.
“We are thrilled to welcome Woods onboard as lead property manager,” said Donald Phillips, managing director of PDR. “His arrival brings invaluable expertise to the team, our partners and investors.”
Prior to joining PDR, Woods gained strong industry experience, managing over 100 properties in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Oregon. His portfolio consists of Conventional, tax credit and HUD properties.
“I hope to implement processes and systems which will continue to support the company’s vision and business model,” said Woods.
Woods currently resides in North Carolina and is a state Licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified Property Manager candidate. He earned his B.S. from Oregon State University and Master of Business from Michigan State University.
