Nicole Dagostino brings years of management and sales experience to Phillips Development & Realty. Currently, Dagostino serves as Property Manager for Phillips International Drive located in Tampa, Florida. She is responsible for coordinating all staff, activities and daily functions of the new apartment community centrally located in Tampa’s Westshore district.
Dagostino has built a successful career in the real estate development industry, including prior experience with Smith and Associates Real Estate in Tampa. Among her accolades, she was ranked sixth by the Greater Tampa Realtors for total number of homes sold in 2006, and seventh for total volume of homes sold in 2006. Having worked on three large condominium projects, she is familiar with condo-conversion sales, new construction condominiums, pre-construction condominiums as well as site acquisition.
Dagostino says the talent and leadership PDR possesses attracted her to the company, and she admired its reputation as an emerging leader in the multi-family development industry. She hopes to be an integral part of the team’s long-term growth strategy and continued success.
A Florida native, Dagostino obtained a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida State University, and her master’s in business administration from Florida Atlantic University. She currently resides in South Tampa, and remains a dedicated volunteer for the American Cancer Society of Tampa’s Cattle Baron’s Ball, and the Junior League of Tampa. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising, playing tennis and traveling.
