As Vice President of Property Management, Nancy Richerson brings 30 years of experience and leadership to the PDR team. Her extensive background in multi-family property management guides the successful lease-up and daily operations of PDR’s new and existing developments. Richerson provides guidance on budgeting, staffing, training, operations, community relations, new development standards, and compliance with all local and national regulations.
Nancy started as an onsite property manager which provided her with the foundation needed for career advancement. Her proven performance led to more challenging leadership and management positions. She was most recently Director of Residential Property Management for York Properties, responsible for overseeing 46 homeowners associations totaling 5100 units. Her experience includes work for The Harlon Group, Grubb Properties, and Gibraltar Management.
An alumnus of Troy State University, she holds a Brokers License in the State of North Carolina.
Nancy currently resides in Tampa, FL with her husband Craig.
