Ryan Hartney recently joined PDR as a Professional Intern. His responsibilities include assisting in the pre-construction and development activities associated with every project in PDR’s development pipeline. Additionally, Hartney assists the VP of Construction Services with pay applications, bid comparisons, change order management, contract execution, and negotiations with General Contractors.
Hartney was attracted by PDR’s vision for desirable, affordable, and energy efficient housing. While at PDR, Ryan hopes to learn and expand his talents in the construction and development business.
One Semester away from his Bachelor of Science degree in Building Science at Auburn University, his previous experience includes assignments as an assistant superintendent at Southeastern Construction and as a laborer at Tiger Construction. Ryan also holds a 30 hour OSHEA Safety Card.
Ryan currently lives in St. Petersburg, FL and enjoys boating, fishing, and outdoor activities.
