Steve Hammond has participated in the management of design, development and construction, from the stages of land acquisition to tenant occupancy. He has been responsible for more than $250 million worth of residential construction in his career thus far and has developed many strong relationships in the development and construction communities, including a broad base of subcontractors.
His attention to detail and depth of knowledge in project development and construction practices is evident in all his work. As Senior Project Executive for PDR, Hammond brings 17 years of residential and commercial construction experience. Prior to joining PDR, Hammond gained experience at The Wilson Company as a Senior Project Manager and then Vice President of Construction and Development, managing and developing over 8,000 units of three-story, garden style apartments and amenities. He also has experience with renovation and rehabilitation of multi-family and single-family residential properties.
Hammond is a Licensed Florida Certified General Contractor. He has provided support to the Mid-Florida Builders Association as a Steering Committee Member and Event Subcommittee Chairman.
