As vice president of Phillips Development & Realty’s new property management division, Terry Callahan contributes a passion for seizing opportunity. He shares PDR’s vision for this growing company arm and is responsible for directing a specialized team, which will enhance the services provided to clients and partners.
Callahan is equipped with years of management and leadership experience, which ready him for this new role. Prior to joining PDR, he served 13 years in the U.S. Army attaining the rank of Major with assignments in Infantry, Ranger and Special Operations units. He went on to manage multifamily properties for Equity Residential Properties in Florida, Arizona, Illinois, Minnesota, Michigan, North Carolina, Tennessee, Maryland and Virginia. During his 15 years with the company, he was responsible for the management of extensive portfolios, including a 13,000-unit portfolio covering a multi-state region.
Callahan attended Florida’s Saint Leo University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in history, and obtained his master’s degree in international relations from Troy State University. He has been a member of the Bay Area Apartment Association Board and the Military Warrior Support Foundation Board, and he holds his Arizona Real Estate License. Residing in Crystal Beach, Florida, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Marion and three children, Cindy, Carina and Ryan.
