Phillips Development and Realty plans to build 386 Class A apartments for the 23.33-acre site in a three-story garden style product, which was designed by the Chancey Architects headquartered in Tampa, Florida. Unit mix will consist of one, two and three bedroom units ranging from 780-1,185 square feet in size. Amenities will include a 6,000 square foot clubhouse with full-service fitness center, media room and pool.
The project is situated on prestigious Highway 96 between Galveston Bay and League City in Kemah, Texas. The Kemah/Clearlake/League City area is a vibrant bedroom community for many of the NASA/Aerospace and Port of Houston employee base. Nearby attractions include the renowned Kemah Boardwalk and Clearlake/Galveston Bay marinas.
